Between 2018 and 2022 bachelor's degree in international business administration and master's degree in international management at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences. One-year activity in the student management consultancy in Fulda and from 2020 to 2022 student assistant in the fields of macroeconomics, marketing and entrepreneurship, combined with a subsequent stay abroad in the "start-up nation" Israel. In addition, Niko Gerlach volunteered during his studies in the academic stock exchange district Fulda e.V.
Since April 2022 doctoral scholar in the graduate school “Competitiveness of Young Enterprises” at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.
