Marius holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the WWU Münster and an M.Sc. in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Marketing from RWTH Aachen. He studied abroad at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
During his studies, Marius gained practical experience working for consulting firms with a focus on consumer goods and retail as well as innovation and strategy. After graduating in 2018, he worked for Improve, a spin-off of the international strategy consultancy Kearney in Düsseldorf, specializing in innovation and digitalization. Here he supported clients in the private and public sector on issues around strategy, innovation and growth.
Since January 2023 he has been a doctoral fellow at the Manchot Graduate School "Competitiveness of Young Enterprises" at the Faculty of Economics at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
