Caroline Lindlar completed her bachelor's degree in business psychology at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences in 2020. During her bachelor's studies, she performed a student internship at the medium-sized management consultancy cidpartners GmbH and completed an internship at Deutsche Post DHL Group in international HR with a focus on e-learning.
In 2022, she earned her Master of Science in market-oriented management at the Technical University in Cologne. Caroline meanwhile practiced both a working student position in international supply operations and in shopper marketing and category management at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA for the Laundry & Homecare business unit.
Since January 2023, Caroline Lindlar is a PhD scholar of the Manchot Graduate School "Competitiveness of Young Enterprises" at the Faculty of Economics of Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf.
