Lennart completed his Bachelor's degree at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and at the Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru. In 2017, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in International Business. Following a gap year with internships in consulting and industry, Lennart started a Master's program at NOVA University Lisbon in cooperation with Maastricht University. He graduated in 2020 with a Master of Science in International Management and a Master of Science in Strategy & Innovation.
Lennart then worked for the startup RightNow in Düsseldorf for about a year, which he supported as Founders Associate. He then worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in Berlin for two years.
Since December 2022, he has been a doctoral fellow at the Manchot Graduate School "Competitiveness of Young Enterprises" at the Faculty of Economics at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
